The Fields’ has developed three of the four planned phases of the farmland. Currently, there are 2 remaining tracts of 10 – 22-acre lots in Phase I, and 5 sites ranging from 10 – 13 acres available in the Phase II of development. Phase III has 28 lots of 10 - 17 acres.
